1st Priority Property Inspection

He showed up at the location as agreed and began the inspection.  Taking numerous photos, and making notes. 

After he finished the inspection he down loaded all photos, checked them for clarity, discarded any that were poor and took extra, for the report he supplied me and my Realitor.  After his inspection, he took time to walk me through all of the items he found and explained what should be done.  When asked for references on who to use for the needed repairs, he offered a list of people he would recomend.  This list contained more that one, of each contractor, for the needed repairs, giving me the option to chose. 
Mr. Statler was very professional, and made sure I was happy with the inspection, and asked if there where anyother items that i thought should be addressed that i might know of.
You could tell from the time he spent looking at everything, that he knew what to look for and that he took his job very seriously.  This is someone i would highly recomend to anyone friend or stranger, needing or looking to get a home inspection.
