 + -1 moreThis is a preliminary review as the work Juan is performing is not yet complete, but he is on schedule and the work to date has been completely to our expectations both in quality and completeness. Juan has been a joy to work with ... He has not only executed the the stucco installation (so far) in a timely and complete manner, but has also significantly contributed to critical repair strategy decisions, color match execution, and time line recommendations to insure success. To date the completed work includes base coat and mesh repairs. Final Finish coat will be applied this weekend. This preliminary review will be followed up with a final review upon completion of Finish coat.
Description of Work: EIF and Standard Stucco demolition repair and replacement.
