Flooring
The contractor rarely showed up when promised. i.e. one to two weeks from promised date or not at all. The flooring that was installed has a large bump in it as well as the counter-top seam has buckled. I called him several times in which he always promised to do the repairs and would see me the following week. To this date, he has still not shown or contacted me. He has done work for other people in the community who have experienced the same issues. I hope that this will prevent other potential clients from wasting their money on his services.
