World Maid Clean

Worst service. Not completed but they followed up just to get payment and they were so unprofessional and threatening. Was not ready to listen to feedback. Worst cleaning and even worse customer service. The lady comes to clean the house and starts with the top floor and spends 4 hours doing nothing! My top floor was already clean and literally had an hours worth of work. then she spends an half hour downstairs only to mess up all the rooms by dusting the blinds and leaves the dirt all around and runs away without even telling my mom that she was leaving. My mom had to go behind and clean the entire house before i came home as she could not stand the mess this lady had made. When i call the owner to complain, she tells me that she will send her back the next day to finish up the cleaning and said she will charge me again for the second trip. They did not take the payment as they should have since the maid just left for the second appointment or god knows what she took with her because she left without even telling us. Then they keep calling and threatening me to send my payment to a credit bureau. I could not waste my time anymore on this stupid service so i just paid the bill. I will highly recommend NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICE. They are simply pathetic!

They are great! They have a 62 point cleaning service(62 things that comes with cleaning) they just come in and get it done. They are well worth the money. They are also really good with working with my schedule. They've never not been able to accommodate me. I requested to have the same people come out to my house and with this company I've had the same set of girls all except for one time and I was pleased with the new girls work just as much. The one problem is timing. Last time they were out they told me they were going to be out at 8:30 am but didn't show up until 1 pm. Which is fine but I still would've preferred a phone call if appointment time is moved.
