Victoria Gardens of Frisco

My initial impression was good even though the facility is older.  I saw lots of staff and in my tour I did not see any elderly who were not getting needed attention.  When my mother arrived the next day, her transfer went smoothly.  Her stay was for 8 days.
I live approx 1 mile from this facility and I visited my Mom three times a day.  I was surprised at how much she enjoyed the food because she had eaten little when she was in the hospital, Medical Center of Plano.
I found everyone on the staff exceeded my expectations.  I visited my mother as early as 7:00AM and as late as 9:00PM and I always found that she seemed to be well cared for.  I could speak to the therapists, nurses and orderlies about her condition and they were always aware of her condition.  I value the care and concern that the staff displayed for my Mom.  Her stay could have been a little better but I doubt that she could have received better care anywhere else.
