We've been very pleased with them. They did an absolutely wonderful job. They did an excellent job, it was really good. They did what they said they would do and did it well. We absolutely would use them again.

When great

excellent work done by all three crews. 1st crew dug and poured concrete. They matched the finish of the concrete to the existing patio and pool deck.
2nd crew framed the exposed patio and attached to the house
3rd crew built the fireplace. The crew were the best and would consider them and quot;artistsand quot; with the way the built with stone and brick.

We had a great experience with the owner of Upgrades, Tom Whiteside. Once we finally decided to move forward with our project, he was very available for questions and worked with us each step of the way. Our project took several months, much of that due to the holiday season, inclement weather, and waiting on inspections from the city.



As with any construction project, we encountered several problems, but Tom was readily available to come out and hear our concerns. He was adamant that we be happy with the finished project. Several times parts of the work had to be redone, but we were more than willing to be delayed so that the end result was perfect. All of the trades people were professional and courteous. We enjoyed all of the people involved in our project.



We are so pleased with the end result - our patio looks like it was built with our home. It's beautiful, and we sit out there daily. We are so pleased with Tom's work, that we are hoping to use him to put in a pool for us in the next year or so! Tom's attention to detail, integrity, and perfection are exactly what we were hoping for.

We received bids from 3 companies. They were all competitive, but however we were able to see 2 previous jobs that he did and loved it. He uses his own crews which was a bonus (doesn't sub contract). he gave us a quote before he started the project and also said that we could make changes to the quote and he wouldn't charge extra unless it was a big change. Very professional, well mannered, cleaned up everything everyday and on time. The carpenters. masonry, and cement guys were wonderful too. If anything was in question about change or what to do they would contact me first. I would highly recommend.
