Trinity Roofing is awesome!! Joel Carriker is a man of his word and stands behind his work. He replaced my roof in 2016 and the job crew was on time and finished as promised. He worked w/ my insurance company to make sure the roof was replaced w/ quality products. I had a leak in the master bathroom and Joel sent teams back immediately on 3 separate occations to fix the issue. In the end, one of his crew leads had to crawl up in an issolated part of my attic crawl space to find where the actual leak was. I will be the 1st one to call Joel or recommend his company in the future.

After checking the references, we agreed to have the roof replaced by Trinity Roofing.  Lauren Carriker came to meet with our insurance adjuster during the inspection process--just to make sure all was clear.  Joel  returned to our home another day to go over the contract, explain the process, and answer questions.  He was always prompt and was on time to every appointment we made with him--which was amazing considering how much damage was done in our area.  We signed the contract on a Thursday evening and that Saturday, his work crew arrived early in the morning and completed our roof replacement the same day.  They cleaned everything up after the job and left our place better than it was before.

A couple of weeks later, our insurance company (Encompass)  did a spot quality control check.  The insurance rep climbed on our roof to inspect the job and said the workmanship was excellent and the quality of the shingles was superior.  

Less than two weeks after a major hail storm, our roof was completely replaced and the insurance company had issued the payment.  It was an usually smooth process.
