Everything was done and scheduled as promised...Once paperwork was signed he schedule the work right in front of me and lined up resources..Work was done well above expectations....Very easy to reach him and talk to him... I still recommend to have all items in writing so that verbal promises are not forgotten...Frank took care of city permit for the roof...However, I got balcony patio permit on my own working with an architect and structural egineer... Overall extremely satisfied with the work, quality and value...

He came out the day after the storm to cover the area that needed repairs. He had his worker out here within hours of us agreeing to have the work done. We've had a number of storms since then and there have been no problems. We felt he was very forthright, honest and easy to work with. We would definitely have him back and would recommend him to others. We made an agreement with him so that he would come back periodically to check on the roof.
