The texture on the walls did not match the existing texture, the ceiling seams were not straight, the corners were a mess, there were gouges in the ceiling in the bedroom, the paint was uneven where the walls meet the ceiling as he did not tape the ceiling or walls, there is paint on my wooden ceiling fan and shaft in living room, he used caulking around the ceiling fan in the dinning room with it all over the fan, the corners were a mess, the garage ceiling was horrific with patches looking like they were not sanded, parts of the ceilings throughout were not painted, he did not take the antique clock off the wall above the fireplace and got paint on the side of it, he got paint all over the peg board in the garage, he got paint on my Italian leather love seat (which is now ruined), paint on the carpets. There was so much collateral damage from him that I am going to be out thousands of more dollars because I allowed him to do work in my home. Overall, it was the worst job ever. I got an estimate to repair what he had done and it was estimated to cost 5700 because they will have to scrap off all that he has done to fix it. The contractor that provided the estimate was appalled at the "substandard" quality of the workmanship Terry did. I texted Terry repeatedly with no response from him until I stated that if he did not respond, I would see him in court. He came out finally and when I told him I wanted my money refunded, he said that he "didn't know you wanted a new home" ! I don't want a new home - I just want the one I have repaired correctly. He is not returning phone calls. He has not refunded my money so I will go to court armed with pictures of all. Bad experience, bad quality, poor integrity.

The owner, Terry Gammill, supervised the job the entire time. They were amazingly fast and the paint work was very neat. They transformed a foreclosed home which had been painted various colors with mis-tints into a sparkling, like new palace. He threw in a few areas that needed painting, but were not included in the original bid. They offered to return and touch up anything that the carpet stretchers scuff up. I will use them again on my next project. Just awesome work!
