Made the HUGE mistake of using Robert Goodall with The AV team. After paying Robert thousands, essentially everything he installed stopped working after a month. Left multiple messages, but he simply refuses to return my call. - Stay away. Robert is obviously a scam artist and terribly incompetent.

I hired the AV Team when I decided to get rid of my cable bill. Robert and his partner were prompt, courteous, and professional. They did their work quickly and well. They installed a HD antenna on my roof, and made sure that it worked well. They took the time to go through the channels I would now received. The signal was great. I am very pleased with the result. I would definitely hire again!

The AV Team was punctual, professional, courteous, friendly, and informative. I was very comfortable with Robert, and trusted his expertise. He gives the job his all. The only problem I have had is that only one television is picking up signals instead of both televisions in the house and some channels on that receptive television are no longer accessible. By installing the antenna in the attic rather than outside, the idea was that the antenna would never turn on its own, so it is mysterious as to why only one television is receiving any signals. Aside from this, however, my experience with this company has been a very satisfying one, and I would recommend the AV Team to anyone over any other company. This one takes the cake!

I corresponded with Robert via Angie's List and the team actually arrived early on the day they said they would. I was very happy they had immediate availability so we go the sound bar installed before Thanksgiving visitors. It was Robert and an assistant (forgot his name, sorry!) and they did a great job. Our TV is inset in a box on the wall and we needed them to raise it slightly to make about 1/2 inch of space on the bottom for the sound bar to rest. They understood immediately and were very knowledgeable. The installation looks and performs perfectly. No mess and the sound quality is now awesome. They spent time and showed me how to use the new remote and I feel confident I can operate it all. We will definitely call them again for other jobs as needed. Thanks!

We had a TV antenna on the roof that wasn't getting all our local channels and was not properly secured. I messaged them on Angie's list on Sunday, and they came out on Tuesday and fixed it. They showed up exactly in the 1 hour window as agreed. They repaired the current antenna and installed a new bracket on the edge of the roof. We now get all our local channels for free! My husband, who has an electrical engineer degree, told me that we should definitely use them again for anything in their area of expertise as they were very knowledgeable. Robert is great! He spends the time to inform you of different options and how that reflects on service. When they came to the house (on time), they had extra parts needed when they discovered that I was trying to pipe it to so many locations. Great service overall. This is the second time I've hired them to install an antenna (2 different houses), I wouldn't hire anyone else.

Robert and his team were awesome! Robert is extremely responsive and helped guide me through the equipment selection process giving me pros and cons of different brands and models. He ended up installing a 120" Screen Innovations screen along with a JVC 4K projector and Dolby Atmos surround sound with some amazing speakers. It took them about four hours to do the whole installation and they were extremely efficient. The final set-up looked amazing and the theater is incredible. All of my guests who have seen it so far are blown away by the sound and picture quality of 4K coupled with Dolby Atmos sound. I would highly recommend Robert and his team!

What really impressed us was the creativity of Robert in the design of the home theater system. What he recommended and did was superb. The team installed a wall mount for the TV, 2 in ceiling speakers, center channel and front speakers. He gave us a choice of manufacturers and explained what each would do Everything works exactly as he said it would.
