Stonebriar Veterinary Centre

I have been a customer of Stonebriar Vet now for close to 8 years. But after my visit Wednesday Aug 9th I will be looking for a new vet. I came in for a visit just to pick up treats ($124 worth) only to be standing at the front desk for 20 minutes. I checked both doors and they had an "Open" sign hanging. I finally knocked on the door leading to the back after an elderly male customer entered that was as confused as I was. Out comes the blond girl that works there ( said her name was Meghan but not sure if that was accurate) She was completely rude, unapologetic, explained " we always have a staff meeting on Wednesday " as if it was our fault they had an open sign, doors unlocked. I asked her who the manager is she states " there's not one". I had to ask her for bags for my items. She acted as if she was doing me a huge favor ringing me up. As if I was at fault for interrupting their two hour snow cone meeting...with the doors unlocked and the Open sign hanging in each door. I'm also left to wonder who would be able to come and go freely in the facility with animals there and absolutely no one watching or managing any of it. After being a loyal customer for as long as I have, buying my treats there versus online where it's cheaper...I'm sure I've given them plenty of money to not have to go into their place to be treated like crap by their staff. Dr Wilcox needs to take more stock in who she hires to interact with her customers. Or maybe Dr Wilcox simply doesn't care either because she can't be completely unaware. This particular employee has always been curt and unpleasant to deal with.

Dr. Boyington. They are awesome. They were clean, professional, timely and reasonably priced. They were "A's" all the way around. I like the vet. I thought they were reasonably priced and a nice facility.

I have been taking my cat to Stonebriar Vets for 3 years (since I got her) - they are great. Always prompt and thorough. Dr. Guitierrez is wonderful. I really like that they ask about her habits, exercise, food, etc. and make the extra effort to understand the total health of my cat. Highly recommended.

I changed vets for them. They are really good. I will take her to them each year. They are a little bit expensive.

I was there a couple of weeks ago. I have four dogs. They are German shepherds. They are really intelligent. When my dog passed they were so extremely kind and caring. They are a little pricey, but their care is excellent. Some things are higher at and some things are lower in relation to price with other vets. They also have a doggy day care. I have used that. They also have a cat day care. The cat gets its own room for the night. They do everything right there. There are three doctors there. They are all female. We have been using them for at least seven years.

We have been taking our dogs (2) and rabbits (3) to Stonebriar Vet for 6 years.They are always very caring and professional, and I have the highest confidence in them. They helped us care for all of one dog's health needs for the last 5 years of his life, literally to his last breath. In the past 5 months, they have helped us get our new puppy off to a great start and even recommended an outstanding groomer and obedience trainer. Best veterinary care we've ever had!

They were great with the dogs, kept us updated when we were gone on vacation, and we knew they were in good hands. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

My cats have been seeing the Vets here for probably at least 3-5 years. I switched here after my previous vet retired. I've been coming to Stonebriar for many years for cat grooming by Aunt Stacey's Cats, so, it was convenience to also come here for vet services. I've interacted with several of the vets and even a substitute vet the last time. I think the office visit will run @ $65. Then, if you need any bloodwork or additional testing, meds, etc., that will obviously raise your bill. The facility is absolutely gorgeous. I haven't boarded there, but it looks like it would be great. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, therefore we continue to go there.

My visit to Stone Briar was a 10 out of 10. I felt Dr. Gueterez was excellent to my kids who had questions about the care of our pet and to my dog who tends to be anxious when going to new places. The nurse and vet both calmed my dog and I could tell my animal was comfortable. I was satisified with the extra time they took to show us a scope of our dogs inner ear on the computer. We received excellent care. The Vet explained everything to us for our dogs severe ear infection. I did not feel like they were trying to sell me anything I did not need or rush us out. I think the visit was a little costly but the quality and time that Dr. Guetterz took to care was our pet was excellent.Nurse Cindi took great time with our pet to warm her up and gain her trust. She offered coloring books and granola bars to my kids...wow! After the nurse gave a tour of the facility at our request. The place looks beautiful and clean.

They were good.

It was kind of a big deal for the rabbit. They are really good with small animals and that means so much to me. I am so thankful for this center. They are very compassionate, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They are the absolute best and I would definitely recommend them to other people.
