We closed on the house on December 30th. I had been using her for probably 3 months prior to that. We told her upfront we weren't sure whether we were going to go less expensive and more or less disposable or more expensive and considerate. She was willing to show us everything from the lowest price to our upper limit. She wasn't thinking about the commission that she could make by showing us a nice house and not showing us the lower priced ones. She showed us what we wanted to see. I would recommend them to anybody I know.
