I had actually used them before. I used another company before that which I bought a Deal for, and  was extremely disappointing so I went back because I was actually pretty pleased with Spotless.  It was one person.

I can't stress enough how the customer service and same day response saved the day!
I was in a pinch to close our house. The buyers did a final walk-thru and decided they could not live with a stain that was visible even during the showing period. I just wanted to get the house closed, so I worked to find a company that could provide the service required to get the deal done. Enter SPOTLESS.
I spoke with Shannon on the phone. Based on her customer service skills, I'd hire her in a minute at my own company should SPOTLESS ever do something stupid like letting her go. She understood my urgency and worked hard to find a technician available to get the job done. Once she found one, we talked no less than 4 times between 9AM and 2PM as she updated me on the tech's status and arrival time. She was amazing.
Ricky showed up and he too understood the sense of urgency. The buyers were showing up 15 minutes after his arrival, so he wasted no time. He literally ran from truck to house running hoses. Once set up, he geared down and took his time making sure the stain was properly treated and the carpet got the attention it deserved. The buyers showed up to walk the house about halfway through the process. They were satisfied.
I paid my bill, got my receipt, and received a and quot;good luckand quot; from Ricky on his way out. We closed 1 hour later. The deal was done. Thank you to Ricky and Shannon for sharing the burden on this. Rare to find these day...

We've used Spotless Carpet Cleaners ever since they started here in Frisco. TOP NOTCH!!! Every single time, they have exceeded our expectations making our contractor grade el-cheapo carpet look as good as new. We had them do our grout a year ago and made it look like new.
I would recommend these guys to extend your carpet just a little longer. They're professional and straight shooters. Don't worry about them coming over and tacking on a bunch of extras...you give them the number of rooms = that's the price. Of all of the contractors in Frisco, Jason and crew at Spotless exceed our expectations.

We continue to use these folks and they are awesome!

They are a different kind of service. They use a big truck with a big unit in the truck. They use a machine that brings up all the dirt and the carpet is wet for about a day. They will then come back and stain guard the carpet at your request, but they wait until the next day so the carpet is dry and it will work better. The carpets were clean when the job was finished and they stayed clean. I would use them again if necessary and would recommend them to others.
