Roy excelled in his role as a full service real estate agent helping us every step of the way. We never felt any pressure to take any decision in a hurry. He answered most of our questions from his knowledge and experience. The process was like any other home buying process. Roy impressed us with his knowledge of the area and the current price trends. Once we liked a house he recommended the asking price range and helped negotiate the deal to our satisfaction. He bargained hard with the seller but did not scare them off. He also acted as our mortgage broker, we only chose him because of the competitive rate, there was no hard sell from him. He helped with the inspection and post inspection process (we chose our own inspector). The closing process was quick (we closed in 15 days) and smooth as can be.
