There was a huge hail storm in the DFW area.  Our whole neighborhood got hammered.  I got a recommendation from a friend at Chemotherapy for Rowley Roofing.  I got the owners phone number and gave him a call.  He personally came out and inspected the damage. He gave me an estimate and discussed how the process worked with insurance companies.   He helped guide  me through the process I had to go through with my insurance company.  He even came back to my house when the insurance adjuster scheduled a time so I had someone to make sure the adjuster checked things I might not think to ask about.   
After the insurance process worked itself out, we set up a date for the actual work.  The roof work was completed in just one day.  His crew was polite and very professional.  After the work was done, my house looked just like it did before the storm.   His crew cleaned up very well after the work as well.

The gutters took a little  longer, because due to the amount of gutter work going on, the product was not readily available.  When the product did become available the work was completed in two afternoons.  Mr. Rowley or his project manager Conon Primm were available any time I called and personally came out to check on the work during and after the process.  I was completely satisfied with the work, and customer service.  I would highly recommend Rowley Roofing to my friends and neighbors.
