Sept 2012 to June 2013. Overall I was able to meet my goals. I was at UB for almost a year. The overall program is sound and effective. It seems to be based on a combination of and quot;Fit for Lifeand quot; and watching the Glycemic index of food. There is a good overall support from other gym members. At the time I attended, there were two trainers in addition to the owner and everything went perfect. I was able to lose the weight I needed to and the program worked exactly as described by the owner. Fast forward to the first part of 2013. Both of the trainers I normally deal with quit. The owner then started teaching classes. For the 4:30am class, he was consistently late or a no show. Often I wound up teaching classes and since I was paying full price to teach myself I decided to leave.
This is a good program, provided the trainers are there. If you want to join and he actually has more than one trainer other than himself, this will be a good program. This program did help me but I must caution others to only join if there is more than one trainer.

I've never been more stronger and fit. Your in a small class. There's a personal trainer that works with you. It's an excellent program.
