My name is John Robertson and this is my company. I’ve been climbing trees since I was a little boy. With 10 years of experience handling every type of tree we have here in the Dallas area, I am confident that my team and I can meet your tree service, tree removal, and stump grinding needs. If you have trees on your property that are in violation of city code or HOA restrictions, please call me. If you have trees that are in jeopardy of damaging your home. Robertson Tree Service will cut up and haul away all of the debris as well as grind the tree stump down below the ground level in order to allow the ground-space a sufficient amount of depth to allow sod or other ground coverings a place to grow and thrive. As stated above, the provider, John Robertson, who owns Robertson Tree Service at 2798 Crown Colony Dr, Frisco, TX 75034 with the phone number of 972-827-7318 with the email of [email protected] came to our home on a Thursday and tore our fences, left the old fences in a pile in our backyard and claimed they would be back the next day to finish and be done by Friday. We are now left with a pile of old fences and no way to let our dogs out. Nobody ever came back or returned phone calls after we paid the company $2,750. The owner took the money and ran. He didn't respond via phone for ten days and said he was having phone problems. We find that odd that he owns a business and doesn't have a phone for ten days. When we finally got in touch with him it was via text and he blamed the job not being completed by an employee who quit. He ensured that our fence would be completed. It is now three weeks later and we are out $2,750 and have to pay another company to complete the work
After trying to get a call back from the company for a month, I finally called Living Social and asked for my money back. They tried to tell me that I could only receive credit for their website but after a little (polite) complaining, they refunded the money back to my credit card.
How UNPROFESSIONAL of a company to not even want my business bad enough to not even call me back!
