Revive Carpets

It went very well.  They called ahead to let me know they would be there within 30 minutes.  Arrived within the original window given.  I felt the price was excellent with the Amazon local deal I purchased, and I added an upgrade that took the price from $44 to $70.  Work was completed in 30 minutes or so.  I was so pleased I got a quote for cleaning the tile in the rest of the house.

I purchased a discount coupon on LivingSocial.com for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning (900 sq ft.) for $45 (Reg $90).  I scheduled an appt for the following week. My technician, Mike,arrived within the agreed time frame (2-4pm) and called ahead to let me know when he was on his way.  He presented himself professionally and friendly.  Iasked him how much he would charge to add the stairs to the order, and I gladly agreed to the additional $30 fee.  I know from experience that many other companies charge a great deal more, and often on a per step basis. He completed the work in about 30 minutes, and I was very pleased with the results. He was even able to remove some older stains that other previous companies could not.  All in all, a great day at a very good  price. Even at regular rates, I would  not hesitate to use them again.

We purchased the carpet cleaning as a Groupon, so the price was definitely right. When we contacted the company to clean the carpets they were very polite and the technician showed up right on time. Unfortunately, even though the technician seemed to be trying to do a good job, a majority of our carpet had to be gone over with a towel because it was so wet when he was done and it took a full 24 hours to be dry enough to move furniture back in.
