We were having a problem with spiders and scorpions getting in the house.  Regions Pest came to the property and exterminated and we saw almost immediate results.  We signed up for quarterly maintenance but were not pressured into doing so.  They call approximately a week ahead of time and tell you when they have scheduled your service which gives you time to reschedule if need be.  The products they use are pet friendly.  We refrained from using exterminators in the past due to concerns that our pets could possibly be harmed by the products.  We have had the same technician every time since we signed up in 2013 so he is familiar with our property and our needs and concerns.  They are very thorough and take the time to explain what they are doing, why they are doing it, what results to expect and what product(s) they will be using.  If they are treating only the outside of the property they do not require that you be home, but they are always happy to work with your schedule should you prefer to be there when they are due to service the property.  They are on time and a pleasure to work with.  I am grateful to have found this company.  They are family operated and their detail to customer service is excellent.
