They were extremely prompt. The gave the price immediately. They had someone come by the end of the week. They followed up with us to confirm if we were ready. When I saw how crystal clear the windows were. We decided to work on three other window panes in the same picture window. They came on the same week, They are a courteous company. They followed up with us and wanted to know that we were pleased. It was very easy to deal with them. They showed up when they were supposed to. They did a really nice job. They cleaned up everything after they were finished. I was impressed with their professionalism. They wore nice clean t shirts that says "Raptor" on it. They were courteous when they came in the house. They had their boots on. The were professional and prompt. I've recommended them to a friend.

I was very happy with the outcome of the job. Raptor Roofing’s employees were all very professional. They started the job at the time they said they were and cleaned up everything before they left the site. I was very impressed they picked up all the debris especially the old rusted nails. I was worried bc my dog runs around the yard and I didn’t want him to get stabbed. Thanks again for the excellent work and I will be sure to contact you guys again when it’s time to change the roof.

Dan and his crew at Raptor made the process with insurance extremely easy. Dan took time to explain and made sure his guys knew what to do!! They were clean and organized… no trash blowing around and nails picked up out of the yard. Dan cares about his community…his talk matches his walk!! We will use Raptor for all of our roof and window needs.
