ProStar Garage Doors

Our door came off track on a Saturday. I called two other companies. First company called me back 5 hours later and said they couldn’t come out until Monday. Second company said they could come out in the afternoon and would have a tech call to confirm. Never got a call. I called Prostar, they answered right away and scheduled a service visit for first thing Sunday morning. Justin came out, was friendly, answered our questions and got our door back on tack in an hour. Awesome service, I will never call anyone else. Thanks Justin and Prostar!

He and the office staff did a great job. They were flexible - we had to delay because of alley construction - and they were thorough telling us about any problems. They honored the bid and were truly the best choice for us.

They diagnosed the problem and gave me my options. They provided a reasonable quote for superior equipment to another company. And performed the work quickly and on time. I’ll hire them again.

AWESOME!! My garage door had fallen in and he came over fixed that so at least it wasn't laying on the garage floor, ordered me a new one and 2 days later I had a brand new garage door installed!!! He was quick, honest and I would recommend him to anyone that needed that service!!

It went great -- from the moment I scheduled the appointment to the tech coming out to evaluate my garage door and opener. The tech was honest and did not try to upsell me. I had a couple other companies come out and tried to upcharge me by tens or even hundreds of dollars. All appointments were for the same thing; a evaluation and to also change out for quiet rollers. I obviously told those other companies where to go. One even charged me a "trip fee" for what was supposed to be a free evaluation. I reviewed that company already so you can take a look at that. Anyway, I would definitely work with Pro Star Garage Doors again and will in fact have them come out for annual maintenance in a few months!

Highly recommend this company! They have installed new motors & key pads for us (even in the middle of freezing cold/rain storm) and Brandon came out quickly (even though it was the holidays) to help with a broken garage door and had it back to working order in no time. They exceeded our expectations for work to be done and are an honest and trustworthy company.

Working with ProStar was absolutely outstanding. In the process of selling our house, our garage door opener got whacked by a ladder and ruined, meaning we had to replace it ASAP. Brandon was able to come out the very next day, was so incredibly friendly, was quick, and gave us an even better price than I would have expected.
