+ -1 moreEverything went smoothly. They were on time and finished the same day. Everything was cleaned up before they left. They were in no hurry to get paid. Mr. Trout came by several days later to collect. He even helped me with my insurance, and was able to get me the most from my insurance company.
Description of Work: Removed my old shingles and put new 30 year shingles on my rent house. I have a townhouse that I rent out and it needed a new roof. Mr. Trout put on a new roof and had it done in one day. Everything was cleaned up and all nails were removed from around the house with a magnet. Very attentive to detail. I inspected the roof when it was finished, all the shingles were lined up perfectly. All vent stacks got new flashings and were painted to match the shingles.
