We would highly recommend Premier Pro Renovation. When getting the estimate they explained what would be done in detail and answered any questions we had. During the pool remodel they kept in constant contact until the project was completed. We were also very impressed with how clean and picked up they kept the work site during the whole project. One of the best customer service experiences we have ever had.

Came out immediately and finished same day. Very knowledgeable and kept me informed as to what was being done. Extremely satisfied!

Best customer service experience ever. We had new tile installed, plaster and mastic done. They were fast and reliable through every step of the process. We contracted with Premiere Pro renovations to install new plaster in our pool of approximately 30K gallons and we could not be more pleased with the final outcome. Doc and his crew arrived on time and proceeded to pump the pool in short order and begin the prep operations. The weather did cooperate and in a couple of days the new plaster coating was installed. We opted for a new replacement fiber optic low voltage light as well to replace the original light that had been installed and never really worked properly. We did get other proposals but Doc's seemed to be more complete and inclusive based on our evaluation and his pricing was more than competitive. He also separated the optional items for consideration which we had requested in the original estimate. It took a day or so to fill the pool and adjust the chemical balance and the project was completed well within our schedule and budget. We highly recommend Premier Pro and Doc for any pool renovations you have under consideration.

Doc Holliday came out right away to give me a bid at a time when other pool resurfacing companies were not even returning phone calls (after the big winter freeze damaged many area pools). Doc was knowledgeable and very responsive. His workers were great, did the job, and left a clean worksite.

His crew leader, Gus, is outstanding to work with also and Doc is very responsive and communicates every that will happen and when.

Doc and his crew did a GREAT job on my pool. This is a big pool and had a lot of issues. They fixed all the issues and the pool looks great.

Our pool was abandoned for a good 10 years and about as bad as they come, but Doc and his crew took a definite lemon and turned it into a diamond. I have never had a contractor that put as much emphasis on customer service as Doc did during the project. He was on site checking on subs and ensuring we received the best service and product for our money. I would recommend him for any project and I will hopefully be using him in the future. Definite 5 Stars for this contractor!!!

Our house was damaged by the Dallas Tornados on 8/19/20. After interviewing many contractors, we decided to go with Premier Pro Renovation. Doc and crew came in and remodeled our pool area (new plaster, mastic, pool equipment, etc.) in no time. We could not be happier with the outcome of this project. As with any projects, there were some kinks but Doc was on top of it. We highly recommend Doc and Crew for any pool needs.

Working with Doc was a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable in pool remodels. We were on a somewhat tight schedule to complete and the weather didn't want to cooperate but Doc's crew pushed through and got it done. There was a small issue with the decking after a few months and Doc and crew came to the rescue and took care of it! I highly recommend Doc for your pool needs.
