We called them to do to clean 2 runner rugs, and added 2 more runners and an office rug after they arrived. Brad and his crew arrived on time and began the cleaning process. They explained what they were doing. The crew was very friendly and professional, and the end result was excellent. The price was very reasonable considering that they come to your home and do the work on site. They also recommended a rug repair expert which we needed. Highly recommended.

The workers did an excellent job. They brought a crew of 4 and were in and out in about an hour. They offered handy tips on how to keep my carpet cleaned and other areas of the house that were tile. I will definitely be calling them again. Fast, efficient, professional! Truly know the meaning of taking pride in their work!

We used Parker Brothers for the first time and wish we had known about them before. The crew was timely, clean, polite and explained the entire cleaning process to us before beginning. They cleaned four rooms, a sofa and two other upholstered chairs. Everything turned out excellent. The sofas and carpet had not been cleaned in years and they brought everything back to looking almost like new. They removed pet stains from the carpet completely. Bradley went over everything, when they finished, explaining clearly what to do for removal of future stains. He also went over again the cleaning process and how they sanitized the carpets as well as cleaning them. They double checked everything before leaving to be certain they did the job properly. Totally satisfied. Recommend highly for carpet or furniture cleaning.

The Parker Brothers arrived on time, explained the service and went right to work. They finished quickly and our carpets now look like new again. Several heavy pet stains were removed and are no longer visible. Very friendly as well, and provided some DIY tips for upholstery cleaning and spot cleaning carpets between appointments.

Parker Brothers accommodated our schedule on short notice. We had a furniture delivery that was moved up and the carpet needed cleaning first. We had a very experienced team, each step in the process was well choreographed and communication between the team was evident. We were very surprised they were able to remove stains in a guest bedroom that had been present for a long time.

Excellent!  This is my 3rd time to use this company, and they have always been on time, handled my furniture with care, explained everything they were doing, and wasted no time in getting the job done.  They are the first ones I will call when I need carpet cleaning again.

Great. Not the cheapest, but I think the best!

Brad Parker and one other showed up right on time and immediately got to work.  These were some extremely dirty pieces of furniture, thanks to two large dogs and a 5 year old. They had them cleaned and looking almost as good as new within a couple of hours.  This is the second time we've had Parker Brothers out to clean the furniture and we've been extremely satisfied with them both times.  They are always friendly, work very hard and give wonderful results.  I will be calling them again when I need the furniture cleaned again.

They responded to emails promptly.  They answered my questions about their service.  We scheduled an appointment. They arrived promptly.  They got right to work and did a very thorough job.  We had a "pink gooey" spot in the office that was there when we moved in.  We had no hopes of getting rid of it.  HOWEVER, when they left today, it was gone!!!!!!  We will definitely use them again and refer them to others.

This is my second time to use Parker Brothers (the first was for upholstery cleaning approximately 2 years ago) and on both occasions my call was answered promptly by one of the brothers. My appointment was scheduled quickly EVEN on a holiday weekend. They arrived promptly at the time they said they would and were quick and efficient doing their work. 
They are extremely knowledgable about their work and even went so far as to give me helpful cleaning tips for my carpets and other floors in my home. 
They are professionals through and trough and I won't even think of using anyone else in the future!

Very professional, on time. Provided many helpful tips on cleaning touch ups. Carpets had some pretty good stains that I didn't think would come out, but they did it. !! . Cleaned base boards first then cleaned carpets. I would definitely use again.
