Told me that the coil is expected to get some amount of rust, but that it was not totalled. He took it out and inspected it, put it back in, and checked serial number and model number to check warrantee. He then tested everything and added freon, not it is working fine. Two days later he went to my daughter in-laws house and fixed theirs' also for a much cheaper price than I paid.
