We absolutely love our new bathroom! We were incredibly impressed with the entire process. Our salesperson, Jaser, was patient and answered all of our many questions. The crew was professional, tidy, and reliable. Their attention to detail was much appreciated, and they were right on schedule. The bathroom looks amazing, and we wish we would have done this sooner! Jaser and his team at National Renovation just finished a beautiful update to our bathroom. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with them. They were on time, on budget and their workmanship was great. They provided an easy-to understand itemized estimate for the project in advance, He answered my questions and also gave several options with different price points that allowed us to make informed decisions about key items. Jaser was super helpful and responsive, and he never pressured me to make any decision. Most important, Jaser oversaw the whole thing and everyone he worked with was courteous, professional and did great work. Great paint job, dry wall and awesome tile in the shower. The vanity was exactly what we had hoped for and look like they are custom. Jaser is super-communicative and answers texts almost instantly. he is also super flexible when we decided mid-project to add a step to the shower, he was able to make the change and it really enhanced the finished product. My favorite quote in response to my suggestions was: "we'll make it work." He is completely service-oriented and was a pleasure to work with. All of this was within the exact time frame he promised. And when the towel bars I ordered were delayed, he followed up with me couple times to make sure I knew he was available to complete the install. The finished product absolutely exceeded our expectations. I would work with national renovation again in a heartbeat and I will recommend them to anyone who has a kitchen or bath project. They deserve more than five stars!
