The condo had an active HOA and Misty worked with them to assure that she knew what was covered by the owner and what was taken care of by the HOA. The day after we had it professionally cleaned she had a media crew come in and take pictures and put them on the Internet the next day. We received an offer within 48 hours based on the great Internet presentation. After the inspection her group found me three different people who would do the repairs in a timely and cost effective manner. Misty stayed in contact via phone and emails so that I never had to wonder what was going on. She has a Transaction Coordinator that takes care of all the details and works directly with you so that she can do what she does best and the customer has a second contact that is always available and is intimately aware of your listing and what stage it is in and where it is going. We had some issues when the appraisal came in below the selling price, but Misty negotiated a win-win resolution with the other Realtor and the closing only had to be delayed one day from the initial schedule. I have been involved in many real-estate transactions both good and bad, but this one was excellent!
