I'd gotten the additional fabric needed for the project - they were picked up right on time, were gone for about 10 days (when we were out of town) and ready for delivery when we called. The work is excellent - we're very please with the service. We had originally called Chuck's Custom Upholstery (recommended on Angie's List) and he brought in Mike - who was just starting up his repair services. Both men came to do the pickup, explained the shift in work - and we said fine. This is a new listing and I hope it helps Mike get established - we would definitely recommend him and use him again.
