Home Building
Many delays in building due to inspection failures and high staff turnover. They need to set up a better process for sales representatives backup. We had many issues due to staff turnover and their inability to have backup for sales representatives. For your estimated closing date, add 2 to 3 months to that date. Quality of home at the end was fantastic but building process was a nightmare...normal from what we have heard from other folks who have built a home with various builders.
