Great Quality and quick.

Did a poor job on patch work on sheet rock, ceilings are already cracking, concrete floor paint over spray over everything, and their truck leaked oil in my driveway.

The gutter clean out went okay. However, when they re-caulked the joints, they used BLACK caulking. Talked to the owner, who came out himself to fix. However, he only re-caulked a few of the instances. He was pretty upset at the whole situation (understandably so) that he would have to return to fix his workers' mistake. It is over a year later and we still have black caulking on a number of joints. Not happy.

I bought a $99 special on gutter cleaning. They replied promptly and set up appointment. Came and cleaned gutters on 2 story house. Owner Marc Dire came by inspected work. We discussed gutter screens because I have tall mature trees and a very large pine tree in the back that towers over my 2 story house. Marc was prompt about a quote on the gutter screens & we set up a time for install. His crew came on the day we set up appointment and Marc again came back out to inspect the work himself. He also took pictures of the screens with my phone so I could see what they looked like. Gutter screens was about $238.00 which I thought was a good price, because they had to get back on the 2 story roof to install. All in all, I was very pleased with this company and the owner Marc Dire. His company is in Frisco and I live in Lewisville. I was worried about the distance but he assured me he has work crews in my area every week and that was not a problem.

MD construction is wonderful! The purchase involved gutter clean, tune up small issues, and roof debris removal. The owner Mark Dire called the next day to get me scheduled and actually fit me in that day!!! Communication was excellent! Elias (the lead crew member) was very thorough and meticulous. Cleaned all of the debris, even leaves that were on the ground already (in that area)! Mark came by later to ensure satisfaction and called since I was not available. Didn't try to 'upgrade' me or find bigger problems. Very honest and professional guys!! A++++++

It went great.  I bought a Big Deal for $99.00 for gutter cleaning.  Marc (the owner) scheduled for a day or two later.  The two guys showed up promptly and did a good job.  The lead worker pointed out some tree branches hanging directly over the house too close to the shingles.  He offered to trim them for $30.00.  He trimmed a lot of branches for that price and piled them all in the alley behind the house for pickup.  (I hadn't noticed how long/low those branches had gotten and appreciated his pointing it out given that it's the end of September.)

They did a great job, and I will definitely hire them again.

We were contacted by MD Construction shortly after we purchased their Deal.  The gutter service was completed on that same day.  We were very pleased with the work performed.

MD Construction was definitely customer service oriented as well as good craftsmanship.  They went over and above by including screen replacement for several windows.

Marc and his team were great!  Replaced the roof one day and the gutters the next.  They were very clean and even stopped work at 7:30 so I could put my young kids to bed on time.  Price was much better than I expected.  His team was more than willing to answer all my questions to put me at ease.  This was my first homeowners claim and they made it easy.  Marc gave me several choices is type/color of roof and even helped me pick out what would look good on red brick.  He made everything very easy.  I highly recommend Marc and his team for your roofing needs!

I originally found Marc on Craigslist, but I wanted to research him to find reviews about him. He has only been in business for a few years, but what little I found was very positive. I joined Angie's List just to find a good roofer, but the other quotes I got were way higher than Marc's. He even included the cost of removing the old turbine vent and installing a ridge vent - which is much better, because the whole ridge of the house becomes a vent. My roof is only 15 squares, so for your comparison I only paid $3600. This was NOT an insurance paid job, so I needed the price to be very low. The price was low, and the work was done very well and very fast. If you are getting a new roof, you should also ask about upgraded shingles. His team also did a great job in cleaning up after themselves, I have only found a few nails while gardening and cleaning around my home, and that says a lot since they use hundreds of them.
I was very impressed at how honest and straightforward Marc is, you just don't see people like that who are running a business these days. I was so worried that the price was too low, and he was going to ask me for more money during the installation. Not only did he stick to his quote, but he replaced about 60 square feet of decking at no extra charge. I would highly recommend MD Construction and Marc DiRe for any service they offer, especially roofing.
