Main Street Lawn Care and Landscaping

My regular provider was backed up 2-3 weeks on bed service. I found Main Street and they were able to come out in about a week. They did a great job on the trimming and clean up and offered a discount on needed mulching since they were already on site. I appreciated the quick turnaround and will keep them in mind for the future. They were a bit slow to respond to phone calls leading up to the service date, but I'm not going to argue with the results!

After twice employing its services ad hoc, we decided--based on Main Street's professionalism, customer service, and quality of work--to engage Main Street's lawn mowing services for the remainder of the year. The yard looks crisp, level, and otherwise very professionally cut after each visit. We look forward to utilizing David and the Main Street team on future landscaping projects. We have also recommended Main Street to others in our neighborhood. As a side note, David's wife Katie provides outstanding customer service in facilitating the financial and logistical side of the transaction. David and Katie are always quick to respond to emails and/or phone calls, and always address any of our concerns promptly.

Because of rains in June and flooding between houses, work was delayed for several weeks. It would have been better if Main Street could have finished the work on consecutive days. The stone work took several days but the finished work is excellent. The plants and trees that were put in are beautiful and our landscaping is the envy of the neighborhood. Everything is lush and healthy.

Overall good experience. Price was reasonable. Company showed up when scheduled. Work was performed as to what was contracted. Landscaping looks great. Would recommend this company to friends.
