Concrete Pool Installation
Started strong and seemed knowledgeable. Took most of our money and didn't finish the pool, decking, outdoor kitchen, firepit or sports court. Stopped communicating. Ghosted us for a while and then turned up again, Ghosted us again and it's been 2 weeks since we heard from him. We now have to pay someone else to fix his mess, finish our project and purchase the materials and equipment we already paid for. It's a pattern with this person and his company. He started in January and it's now October and we don't have a pool or equipment.

We hired Corey Moody to build us a patio cover. After 9 weeks we parted ways and were told we would get our deposit back. After 8 weeks of back and forth, we received most of it. We were told deposits are not normally refundable and the amount kept was for engineering we were never provided. Make sure to discuss all payments, terms and timelines when setting up your contracts so you are not taken by surprise.
