Mike is a salesman (think used cars) and a great pool designer (best design of the 6 we received). He subcontracted our deck and that is the object of our problems (see review for ultra concrete) the deck drains toward the house in the front and holds water in the back. It took almost 2 years (deck became a problem within weeks) to get him to come and discuss the situation. At which time the response was "the deck was perfect at completion" and "he can't control Mother Nature" ... Mistakes were made in the installation of the deck and the deck company put on several band aids to drag it out past a year, and the final solution was to offer to let me pay cost to replace it (almost $7,000)... So I can finally have the deck I originally paid for! He takes no responsibility and tried to put everything on the deck company (his subcontractor) and then finally just refused to help
