Brad arrived on time, provided a free quote for the service and then came back the next week to install. He is very easy to work with: professional, timely and knows his business! We have used him 4 times over the last 4 years to help keep our children safe in our home. Some of the services he has provided us: gates installed on our staircases, securing large furntiure to walls and door locks.

Brad is fabulous! He went through our house and showed us what we needed. I am having him come back because our daughter has figured our some new tricks and we need some additional Babyproofing.

Everything was great! Brad was very professional, always arrived on time, and did quality work. Furthermore, he explained everything very well, never pressured us into making decisions, and stuck to the estimates he gave before doing the work. I was particularly impressed that he was able to install baby gates on an iron staircase without physically altering the stairs themselves. He did so well, in fact, that I've referred him to family friends.

This company did a wonderful job! They thought of issues that, as first time parents, had not occurred to us. The work was professional and tastefully done. They were able to fully baby proof the house in a functional manner so that we can still use our drawers, cabinets, etc. with ease.

He installed the gates which work as they are supposed to. He made suggestions and offered several choices for an unusual size and shaped area.

I'm writing this review 4 years after my experience with Brad. The work product looked great at the time...but I can now say that the work product has been tested for 4 years and 3 kids...and it's stood the test of time. His quality is the best. He was fair on his price. ...and he's the nicest person.

Good experience

I contacted the company and scheduled an initial consultation. I later scheduled an appointment to have the childproofing done and everything went smoothly. The final cost was accurate with regard to the original estimate.

We recently moved into a new house and it has two staircases that have rather wide openings at the top and bottom of the staircase. We couldn't find anything at the store that would fit it. Brad, the owner, came out and talked to us about the options we could do. He went over the house with us for the best way to baby proof it. It was great. He had things that matched our railing. When he came back to do the installation, he went over everything step by step on what would be the best way for the installation.

Overall a great experience! We felt Brad was very honest and direct in his assessment of our babyproofing needs. He identified the areas he could help us most and also recommended some things we could do on our own. We never felt as though he was trying to over sell us or push anything. His work was top notch, everything he installed looks great and is very functional!

Brad arrived promptly and began working to install the gates. He talked to me about how the gates would work and made sure I was happy with the placement/location. The gates he installed look very nice and function perfectly. We are now having him come back to the house to baby proof our cabinets and drawers and secure a couple pieces of furniture. I have no doubt we will be pleased with the service/end product.

A coworker of my husband recommended this company, and we are very glad. Each time Brad was on time and very efficient. If there was something that he thought we could do ourselves, he would tell us, and he helped brainstorm solutions to several problem areas (cords under computer desks, keeping son away from TV/VCR area with a gate that had to be low enough so we could still see the TV, etc.). He did an initial evaluation of the house and made recommendations, which we could take or disregard. We had him do most of the installation/babyproofing work, but there were a few things where we bought the equipment from him (he had a catalog) and we did it ourselves. The prices for the locks, guards, etc. were competitive with or cheaper than in baby stores, and I thought the quality was equal or better. When we had him come out (last time was approximately a year ago), he charged $45/hour for labor. He worked very fast, it would have taken us weeks to do what he did in a few hours. We will definitely have him back if we need more help.
