A family of squirrels chewed through our asphalt roof tiles during the ice storm, in order to find shelter. I was very impressed with this company. Their service range is broad - which is nice. The owner Matt, bent over backwards to make sure I was able to contact my technician when I was having trouble with MY phone. My technician, Adam, was professional, efficient, on time, polite, and considerate. Most of all, Adam is a humane person, who loves animals, cares for them, and will relocate them in a thoughtful and humane way. Their prices were a bit cheaper than their competitors on Angies List, and their service and the people who represent the company are responsible professionals. Equally as important, Adam, who also has a roofing background, did a beautiful repair on our roof. It looks great. I will be using Legacy in the future.

We noticed the problem on a Sunday evening. Matt picked up the phone right away, listened to the explanation and offered a great amount of knowledge and expertise. He then advised that Adam would be at our house at 7AM to review the problem and come up with a plan. Ultimately, the squirrels were trapped and humanely removed and relocated. The one way trap was monitored multiple times for over a week to ensure no others were in the area. Then the access points were permanently closed up. Adam did a fantastic job and was punctual, professional and thorough. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

After our first problem with the squirrel, we found that another rodent had entered our home through the opening created by the squirrel. They came back out and helped us with that issue, too, at no extra charge. We appreciated their great customer service.

Everything went great! We had some attic rodent issues at our last home in the area and wanted to avoid those with our new home in Frisco. We were easily able to schedule an inspection and assessment. Adam did a thorough review of our house, identifying a number of areas that could be potential rodent entry points, and provided a quote for what it would take to address those. The pricing was reasonable, and Adam did a really nice job of sealing up these gaps. He was great to work with, professional and always punctual.

After waiting more than half the day for another pest control service, I called Legacy Rodent Control and told them I needed someone there FAST. I have a venom allergy and the bees were finding their way into the house. A very nice gentleman arrived within 30 minutes, suited up, and got to work. He took care of the giant swarm and now I can put my Epi pen away !

Matt from Legacy Rodent Control did a fantastic job. After our several failed attempts to get the rat(s) out of our attic hiring others and doing it ourselves, Legacy Rodent Control FINALLY got the nasty creatures out of our attic!!!! We signed a contract that included sealing all exterior points of entry (we had four, although 2 other professionals said we only had one), baiting and trapping the rodents in the attic, and then when we were rat-free, running an antimicrobial treatment in the attic to sanitize, etc. Matt came to our home FIVE times to accomplish this. The work is guaranteed for 5 years and anytime we suspect the rats might have returned, we need only call and they will come out and do whatever is necessary again. Initially, Legacy was not the cheapest, but with our Angie's List discount, they were basically the same price. Given their thoroughness and 5-year warranty, we cannot say enough good things about them.

It went well. Matt was professional, courteous, and thorough. I think their prices were comparable to other providers (the industry as a whole is able to charge a bit of a premium for doing a job few want to do, so fair enough). Legacy Rodent Control was not pushing or hard-selling at all. Matt simply let me know what was going on and reviewed my options. He was also super flexible with his return trips to check traps and make sure the process was working. They cleaned and disinfected the needed areas in the attic once the rats had been cleared and we are back to normal.

Great! Matt came every day for 14 days and did an excellent job. He got rid of the rats. No poison was used which was my preference. In my opinion Matt went above and beyond and did an excellent job for me. I highly recommend Legacy Rodent Control if you find yourself in a situation like I had. I would certainly use them again.

They came right out (within a couple of hours) and got right to work. They were very professional and did a great job. Matt (our technician) was a super great guy. He sealed up our entire house, cleaned up the mess and then fumigated and sanitized the whole attic. I would recommend these folks.

I cannot sleep when I can hear rats in my house, I wanted them out! I called a couple pest control companies, but the first two bids I received were expensive and it was difficult to get an appointment. Once I called Legacy Rodent Control, I had someone come to my house the same day. They were friendly and professional. Matt clearly explained exactly what they were going to do and how much it was going to be. He was upfront with their prices and answered all of my questions. Surprisingly, it was more affordable than the other companies and it seemed they offered a more complete service too. Now the rats are gone and I can sleep at night again knowing I will be covered by Legacy Rodent Control.
