I requested an automated quote from Lakehill Lawn which I had never received, even after checking my spam. When I sent another query out the owner responded and told me I was not in their trade area. I emailed back that my neighbor referred them as that's who maintains their yard and gave me their name!! He emailed back saying they had some 'legacy' customers in my subdivision they were still taking care of. So Brookland then texts my neighbor (as he probably realized they had customers outside of their zone - which by the way ends 1.5 miles from my house) and ends their service!! Not even a personal call to say thanks, discuss an option or the error... Is this really the way a 'legacy' customer should be valued? Lakehill Lawns business is obviously great, they clearly didn't want my neighbors, don't need mine and I bet don't need your either. I would look for another provider just based on this experience.
