LA-Z-BOY FURNITURE GALLERIES

Description of Work: I bought the Gibson leather recliner from the LA-Z-BOY Furniture Galleries Frisco, Texas store in September 2013. I was disappointed to learn that a small tear in the leather had developed in the chair's seat back this past week. I Called the store and they told me to contact the firm that warranties the chair. I called the warranty firm and was told that they will not honor the warranty due to the fact that the tear was due to normal wear. The chair is two years old! I then called the LA-Z-BOY store once again and they had me call their LA-Z-BOY warranty office. Finally got a call back and the representative said the the recliner was out of warranty. However, she said if I could give her the ACT number she would check to see if I could purchase another seat back. As it turns out, this color has been discontinued. I then called an independent leather restoration service and got a quote for $350.00 to make the repairs.
