Great! They contacted me ahead of time to confirm the appointment. When I arrived at the house the inspector was just wrapping up, as anticipated. He spent about 40 minutes going through the complete report and all his findings. Extremely thorough.

We had used Mark Kissee before. He performed an inspection of our home and property so we could be prepared for our 11 month warranty service from the builder.

Mark is very thorough, and found things that needed to be corrected and repaired by the builder that we would have never know needed fixing.

This company is professional, courteous, and always on time. I had previously recommended them to neighbors and will do so again.

Mark and his wife are very responsive. We used them because of the reviews on angies list. I know that what mark told us was not what we wanted to hear, but because of him we walked away from a catastrophe of a home. A lot of things wrong with it. We are disappointed but happy with marks findings. He looked over the major things of the home. But also the small things. Worth the money when investing hundreds of thousands in a home. Reach out to them before buying a home. Thank you guys.

Kissee Inspection understood my need to have the inspection during the ten day contractual option period.  We got the inspection 5 days before the end of the period giving us time to have further speciality inspections if necessary, such as foundation and HVAC.  Mark was very professional and the total time to do the inspection was 4 hours, which includes the last 30 minutes going over the results and photos of the areas of concern.  Mark approached it as Immediate Needs - "Danger" to "would be nice if".  He explains the problems and if it is not per building code and provides information on how to have the repair fixed.
Mark inspected 2 homes for me.  The first inspection provided me with enough information to walk away from the sell.  The second home, in much better condition, did have a few items which he made recommendations on how to proceed further in the repairs and remediation.  His reports includes photos and references as to what should have been.  I had some questions after the report was submitted to me days after and Mark took the time to provide guidance.

Mark was very professional and on time. Prior to the visit they sent a reminder email of our scheduled appointment. He was very thorough. He took pictures of everything he felt that would need to be updated of repaired. Before leaving he used his laptop and explained everything he had found with the inspection and showed us pictures. I was very appreciative of his time, he really spent time with me and answered all the questions we had about the report. The following day they sent me a full detailed report. It was very informative and had each page sectioned off for ex. electrical. It listed everything within the realm of electrical even circling and highlighting problem areas. It was very easy to review and understand. Our report was 22 pages so it was pretty lengthy. We paid $400.00 for the inspection.  A little more extra because we lived pretty far outside the area. It was well worth the price. Since then have they followed up asking if we needed additional help or explanation. I would highly recommend him!!!!!
