Jesses Wall Finishes

It started well but workers were there only about 4 hours a day the first couple of days. As the deadline got closer, they worked longer but the work was very sloppy. They didn't cover the furniture properly and I had to clean numerous pieces that I hadn't noticed originally. I'm still finding problems - painting over construction dust, loose drywall tape wasn't fixed, paint blobs where it ran on cabinets.There are already chips in the paint on the cabinets. A nail was pounded in the wall leaving a depression. I don't know why or how the nail got there but it was painted right over. They got paint on the new floor. It appeared to come off but reappeared in a few weeks. I'm sure that everything, including stripping and repainting the cabinets, will have to be done before we put the house on the market. Jesse did re-do some things but there was too much wrong to be fixed.

In terms of the work mostly all was good accept they made a mess in the 2nd bathroom. They didn't cover the floors or shower stall and there was plaster everywhere that I had to clean. They also tracked it all over my new wood floors and only wiped with a rag. I had to scrub the floors afterwards in order to get the mess out of the cracks of the wood floor and scrub the grout in the bathroom floors. Had they covered the floors I wouldn't have spent an hour cleaning and I would have rated them an A for quality.

Now the reason I gave them an overall and professionalism F is because while I was gone for a few hours my $4000 watch and a Samsung S5 went missing. While I have no video proof or actually saw them take the items, they were the only other 2 people in my home during that time and the phone and watch were right next to one another in an area of the house that neither worker should have been in. When I brought this to Jesse's attention a few days later he was very cooperative and asked his workers if they took it, and they denied it. I know that Jesse cooperated with the police and they went to the police station where one of his workers was arrested for parole violation - he had priors for theft. It's disappointing to have something like this happen to you when you trust someone. I know that it wasn't Jesse that took the items as he wasn't even here, however as a business owner it's his responsibility to be sure he has people he can trust and won't steal from his clients. I was going to use Jesse to repaint my cabinets but now I won't be.

I've used Jesse's before when I remodeled my master bathroom 2 years ago and had a great experience.  Jesse is awesome to work with.  We needed the house spruced up to sell and he was very responsive.  I called him on Saturday to see if he can come out to give me an estimate and he was able to come out that Monday.  He itemized everything we needed him to do and gave us a fair estimate.  His crew began the work 1 day ahead of schedule, which worked out perfectly.  They were very courteous and respectful.  It took 2 days to finish the job.  Jesse came by to make sure we were completely satisfied.  We went down the list we had for him and everything was done.  Also, he did a few minor caulking jobs inside my house he didn't bill for.  Just did it as a favor.  What a nice guy!!  We are moving to another home and will definitely use Jesse's Wall Finishes for all of our painting needs and recommend him to all of our friends.

Jesse's crew is very professional and always does a great job.

The process was smooth, they cleaned up after each task and completed the job on time.

They did an excellent work.  Their prices were competitive.  They helped us choose colors.  They are super people.
