General Remodeling
I should have fired this guy mid-job but because he managed a previous job for me while working for a far more reputable company, I gave him the benefit of doubt. We have water pouring into our house 1 year after he and his team did a roof and chimney replacement. The flashing is a joke. I didn't get on the roof to look at it but I have pictures from the new contractors. We not only have to fix the roof but now have a ton of interior work due to the leaks. The new repairs to the chimney and roof are going to be 3-4 k and I suspect the interior costs will double that, due to ceiling and wall repairs(paint matching will be the killer) DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!! If you do, don't say somebody didn't warn you. Video of leaks [*** Link removed ***]
