What an amazing store! Everywhere you look was a unique look, and I was actually really surprised by some of the colors they were able to make work together in such a pleasing way! I felt inspired walking through the store. I didn't realize how big the warehouse was, and one of the designers toured me around, and just WOW! Definitely recommend checking it out!

I stopped into IBB Design Fine Furnishings on a whim and WOW — this place is something special. It’s not your average furniture store. The space is absolutely gorgeous, with beautifully designed rooms and so many new and unique pieces coming in all the time. It honestly feels like walking through the pages of a luxury design magazine. The staff was super professional and incredibly helpful without being pushy. You can tell they really know their stuff and are ready to assist if you need anything. It’s open to the public during the week, and I learned they also offer private appointments on Saturdays, which I thought was such a nice touch for anyone wanting a more one-on-one experience. Whether you're redecorating your home or just love being inspired by great design, IBB is definitely worth a visit. It’s different in the best way possible!

My opinion is that IBB Design is great for people who have an unlimited budget and will never have a post-sale issue requiring customer service. I feel the customer service caliber at IBB after the sale is lagging behind competing stores. I've worked with a designer at IBB on several items in my home. I feel the designer did not provide me with proper guidance and expertise in selection of a chair and ottoman I recently purchased. My opinion is the focus was more on maximizing commission and making a sale versus really giving me expert advice and ensuring my purchase would be a fit for my home. I signed paperwork agreeing to the no refund or return policy and have to accept that policy. However, I feel as someone who has spent money with the company before that IBB could have done a better job of reaching out to me and understanding my concerns for the sake of customer satisfaction. My opinion is they sided with the designer and her version of events versus having a customer first & customer is right mentality. My opinion is the customer service and customer focus can be improved. I learned a lesson to carefully read the paperwork you sign and know who you are doing business with. I need to furnish several other rooms in my home and will never work with IBB again. I will be donating the chair and ottoman I purchased to Salvation Army since I feel they are not right for my home.

Initially, came to home to look at project.  Worked with JT.  After initial consult, JT was very unresponsive to emails and phone calls.  I had to do all the follow-up, making sure order was done, payment etc.  Tried to get other items ordered to finish room and finally gave up, getting coffee table from somewhere else because of non response.  Furniture took a very long time to come in and was lied to about parts of order being "on the truck"  when it wasn't even built by manufacturer.  Very  unprofessional.  The client does all the work and IBB wants to get the money.  Terrible experience.

I would not recommend this service, unless you have a HUGE decorating budget. The designer charged a design fee of $200 (which is pretty standard) and told me that was the only fee that would be the only design fee that would be charged. He told me that the fee included his personally coming to the house on the day of the install and makes sure everything is correct and then will accessorize the purchased items. At first I was thrilled and set up an appointment to go to the business and pick out furniture and fabrics for curtains, upholstery, etc. After several, cancelled appointments because the designer told me he couldn't take the time to meet with me due to a sale event at IBB, we finally met. I picked out everything and placed the order. He then told me he doesn't do window coverings, and they have a person who does that exclusively. He told me he would have them call me. After several follow-up calls to the designer, the window coverings person never contacted me. My items were to be installed in one-two months. It took them 4 months to contact me (after repeated messages to both the deisigner and the owner of IBB) regarding the status of my order. He never followed through on pricing extra fabric to cover my kitchen chairs. He and quot;forgotand quot; to follow-up with the window covering person. He failed to respond to voicemail, email or text messages. The final straw was that he tried to charge me again for design services and wasn't planning on coming out to the house to do the install. After I had hired IBB and searched the internet for other reviews, most people said the same thing. The design was fine, the customer service AWFUL!!! It seems good reviews only came from people who had an unlimited budget.

Very good quality. Good price. Very good service. Know what they are talking about. Very helpful.
