Horrible company. Do not use them! Sales person Ron lied about install. Horrible communication. Installers took 8 hours to install 3 pieces of granite. They damaged my cabinets, did not reinforce properly, and left kitchen a mess. Management defended all their mistakes and lies. Horrible customer service!!!

Hank  and Team Garcia provided a quality floors and a competitive price. We had about 700 square feet of hardwood floors installed in two rooms.  For the family room, the new hardwood had to be laced into the kitchen and hallway hardwood floor.  Stain had to match perfectly - it did Looks  The old and new look the same. Team Garcia came everyday as they said, moved all the furniture, wrapped cabinets and doorways with plastic, cleaned up, and were professional. We are very pleased with the floors and highly recommend. We may use Home Floors for our granite work.

We had tile flooring installed in the bathroom and it cracked with in a few weeks.  Mr. Turk agreed to fix the tile at no cost to us under warranty.  They came back out to make repairs, ripped out the floor, and never finished or showed back up.  I had to take them to court and was awarded a judgement.

I bought a installed laminate for 3 rooms from  home Floors. I bought from them thinking them to be an experienced company but they seem to pass the work to some inexperienced contractors. Poor quality of work done. Had to ask them to come 3times to fix squeaks and instead of fixing them right away, the owner was concerned about his balance payment. Not a pro company. Overal quality of workmanship was poor.

Hank and Chris were very professional and not like other flooring salesmen. Chris was very helpful and patient with me in letting us choose our wood even from other stores. He was able to get me a better price than other stores as well. In the end, I chose a wood product at Lowes and Chris was able to source the same product at a cheaper price than Lowes. The installation went pretty smoothly, though taking longer than expected. I am quite happy with the quality of the installation and the look of the floor.
