HIGHLAND HOMES

We were referred by another home owner who had used them in the past. In 2006 it was wonderful but as of late, anytime that we have asked for anything or any feedback from them, they have been terrible. There have been some changes in the company. In 2006, we would give rave reviews but as of now, we would not ever see them again. Recently we had some questions about some leaks under our sink; it was not put together properly and they came to repair that and since we already had all the leaks fixed that were going to happen, we asked them if there was anyway they could compensate us anyway at all on the cabinets and they wanted to charge us $15,000. They changed their structure of having actually built the home and they are just not as well built as they were.

They've been great. They are very flexible and understanding with what changes we wanted to make and with our time frame. They were flexible to the actual home plan itself.
