Price was quoted was very reasonable. The installation and finish looks great. My wife was very happy with the results. She is very hard to please at times. The bathroom looks brand new. The installers found problems and fixed them with NO Charge. The guys were very nice and professional. Sean was very good about communicating with us. I recommend this Company. Be patient with the guys, they will do everything you ask them.

We needed to redo our kids' bathroom and Sean and his team came through for us! They were finished in less then 2 weeks and we spent less with them than we thought we were going to have to spend, according to quotes we were given by other companies. We were so happy with the finished product, service and professionalism by everyone at Renaissance Renovations, that we have already referred them to my neighbor and sister-in-law who need work done!

Sean was such a joy to work with. He was straight forwarded and made the remodeling experience easy. The quality of the work was great and the few issues that were brought up were resolved. I would recommend him to any family or friend.

I hired Sean Eubanks of Renaissance Renovations to remodel a bathroom. We had a contract that included labor plus materials for everything inside the drywall. I have already purchased all the finish materials of tile, grout, fixtures etc. Sean and his workers, mainly Orlando, showed up sporadically. Sometimes for a couple of hours where Orlando just looked at stuff and then left. Sean immediately started purchasing materials to bill to me, over $700 worth. These things consisted of materials inside the drywall that he was contractually responsible for, essential tools that he should have that were not specific to my project, duplicates of things, and unrelated items. When I responded to these charges by pointing out the above, he immediately got offended and commented "Oh ok we're doing that. Got it." I expected an apology and an effort to review and correct the disputed charges. I asked to hold on work being done, as nearly 2 weeks went by with little completed, while I was out of town. I found that I needed to closely supervise Orlando, despite Sean's promise to manage the project. This also angered Sean. He became very combative, dismissive, and downright nasty. Even suggested I use the AA batteries he tried charging me for to "chill out." Then would switch to being nice trying to undo the damage. I was able to end the relationship and receive the balance of my deposit back minus the work completed. He held back the money for the disputed supplies saying he would give it to me if I gave him a 5-star review. Bribery. I did make a Google 5-star review, and subsequently received the final payment. Sean is unstable, untrustworthy, and dishonest. Do not use him under any circumstances.

The kitchen is absolutely beautiful! We are very excited about how it turned out. Sean and his team did great work and treated our house like their own. Highly recommended!

Sean was excellent to work with and very helpful in the decision making process.. The quality of the installers was excellent and obvious they had a lot of experience and skill.

They were great and professionals would hire them again.

Renaissance Renovations completed a full kitchen and master bath renovation for us at our home south of Denver. Both projects included the removal of walls and other customization due to our limited space and antiquated floor plans. We are very happy with how both the kitchen and bath turned out. Renaissance was able to work within our budget and with our original vision and make them a reality.

Sean and team did an awesome job with our kitchen flooring, cabinets, backsplash install. Our bathroom remodel proved to be a challenge, but Seanâ s team worked to get it to completion and Sean was willing to come to an agreement around any open remaining items which was appreciated. In regards to the named items I rate them 5 stars.

Customer beware, do your research. We were told he would do everything by the book. Sean only shows up to collect payments. His crew destroyed our flower garden with trash. When I confronted him about this he said F you Shon. I have the text messages. Sean was very nervous when we had an inspector come out for a water heater installation. We later found out it was because he did not pull permits, and nothing his crew did was up to code. He is not even registered to do home renovating in Castle Rock. Save yourself the headache and hire a true professional, or do it yourself. You will probably do a better job anyway.

Sean showed an enthusiasm for collaborating with us on our project to get us our perfect kitchen. He was very responsive via phone and text, and even came out a few times on request to walk through a few items with us. Jason worked on our site, and was detail oriented and helpful. The cabinets, flooring, and backsplash were all high quality and has made a huge difference to the functionality and aesthetic of our kitchen.

I had three bathrooms done, 2 remodels and one new in the basement. Roberto was my installer and was very helpful, providing great ideas to make my project special. He took his time and made sure the work was quality . I am very thankful for all his help as well as his pleasant demeanor . I am very pleased with the outcome and very glad I did it!

Renaissance Renovations was knowledgable and easy to work with! The process was a lot more seamless than I anticipated. Sean and his team really know what they are doing. My experience was overall a 10/10. My master bathroom and kitchen are now more beautiful than ever!

The tile & glass work was stunning. They gave us custom everything & let us choose our own vendors for quartz countertops, specialty flooring, & stand alone tub. Renaissance is the one for us. Sean & his guys are special.

The Renaissance team could do everything! Removed, moved and added new lighting. All installations were so well done. Work was completed timely. Our new bathroom is beautiful.

CAUTION potential renovation customers Sean Eubanks, @ Renaissance Renovations / Half Price Showers. Located at: Arvada, CO ended our bathroom project before completion, did not even come and inspect the final project yet demanded payment from us. The crew doing the remodel of the bathroom were not craftsman/tradesman but handyman caliber at most. There were several water leaks and tile issues that were not addressed, and the crew showed up mostly when they felt like it. Due to the lack of integrity, honesty, quality, and workmanship of Sean and his crew at Renaissance Renovations / Half Price Showers we would NEVER use or recommend this company again. We feel he took advantage of us as senior citizens. DO YOUR RESEARCH, our lack of it cost us THOUSANDS. We cut our losses to be done with Renaissance Renovations and Sean. Do not be a victim. The tile work and glass work were amazing! Excellent job with both of those! Communication can be an issue. Email and phone worked much better than text.

I do not recommend hiring this company. When they came out to give me an estimate, they were very nice and willing to do the job that I ask for. The job I got was not the job that I ask for and my shower is leaking into my basement. He wants to fix it with silicone instead of replacing the incorrectly installed shower pan. All the grout around my shower is crumbling, the floor is popping up, and I want this fixed.

Very responsive throughout the process and at all times of day and night. Kind and honest team; they really treated me with great customer service. They knew it was my first reno experience, and they helped me through it with very low to no stress. Finished the job to my exact specifications, and did not ask for final payment until I was happy. Great attention to detail and respectful of my home. Really met my lofty expectations, and made my bathroom dreams come true. I've already recommended to family members who will hire.

The project took longer than anticipated, but this is a common element in these days of shipping delays, etc. The work performed was uniformly excellent! The installers and tradesmen and coordinators listened to our preferences and ideas and offered good suggestions, many of which we took. All crew members were skilled, attentive, and very easy to work with. We are thrilled with the final product!

My project was two bathrooms and a powder room. Start to finish the job took 15 days, some were not full days but the work got done and Iâ m happy with the results. Also, I felt confident leaving them alone in the house while I went for a walk
