I found him to be very honest in his recommendations, he informed me of several kinds of coverage or options that insurance companies push which were not appropriate for my situation and explained why. When renewals or questions have come up, Brad will call me personally to check up or get the information he needs. He is also very responsive and returns emails and phone calls very promptly. I would recommend him to anyone, particularly people who aren't experienced with the insurance buying process.
