Green Team Cleaning

I was extremely busy and didn't have time to wait around while they cleaned so I let them in the house and gave them a check and left. That was my mistake, if I had stayed I could have had them fix the things I wasn't happy with. They did an alright job. Yes the house looked a lot better after they left than it did before but they missed a lot of things that I thought they would have cleaned. For example, the shower in the master bathroom, didn't look like it was touched it at all. There was soap scum on the shower door and mildew/soap scum on the walls and shower floor. I spent about 30 minutes cleaning the shower myself before I used it when I moved in. Part of the 'Move In' clean was that they were supposed to wipe down the cabinet shelves and inside the drawers they did this on some, but not all drawers. They also didn't clean under the overhang of the kitchen cabinets. This one is a little nit picky but I would think by paying almost double for a deep clean these little nit picky things would have been done. Overall a fair job just not what I would call a really good deep clean. When I moved I left behind a great cleaning company that I had used for 6 years. I will have to continue to look for another great company for my monthly house cleanings.

The worst cleaning service I have EVER had. So disappointing after all these positive reviews. The only one thing I will say they were good at was being on time and reliability. But their cleaning. I am still angry when I think about it. Gina was very personable, and was timely in responsiveness. She told my husband we most likely needed two crews to clean our home after some extensive renovation. We had a different cleaning lady already come the week before to help us with three really bad rooms that had a huge amount of dust, so by the time they came, they didn't need to do much with those rooms. This was supposed to be a deep clean. They cut so many corners, and rushed through everything. There was no attention to detail or any thoroughness. It was so disappointing. I had a HUGE list of very basic things that they missed. This included, an inch of dust that wasn't even wiped down on the bathroom vanity backsplash, base boards that didn't even look like they had been touched, a ledge in the bathroom shower that was never wiped down, a changing table and dresser in the baby's room (which were not at all heavy) was never moved to get the dust bunnies in the corner, visible dirt in the corners of the hallway, visible dirt and dust bunnies in the laundry room to the side of the washer, shoes that they never moved under a shoe rack and left all the dirt sitting there, and even a small kitchen rug that they never bothered to pick up and clean underneath. It was appalling. In my master bathroom, you could see where they only mopped around things that were on the floor. In my bedroom, they didn't move a single piece of furniture (even a chair) to vacuum underneath. Also, there were fingerprints from my kids on the inside of our patio door window in the kitchen, which they never even used glass cleaner to clean! UNREAL! And the ceiling fans they said they would clean, well we need to ask them AGAIN to do it... and then they still skipped the ceiling fans in some rooms. So they came back the next day to finish the things they didn't get to, and I pointed everything out. They seemed annoyed, rather than apologetic. I was surprised Gina never followed up to ask how everything was. She just asked for her money. Even though it seemed like it was not a bad price when they quoted me, it was NOT even worth the money I paid. This was not a DEEP clean, much less even a SURFACE clean!

I have been so very pleased. They first came out for an initial clean. They did ceiling fans, ovens, etc. Everything was done quickly and well. Every lady went to work immediately doing their area. I did give a B on responsivemess since I had to call and leave a message. However, Gina always gets back to me. We now just text which has been great. I just wish that I had started using them sooner.

They are so efficient and very thorough. My house is spotless and I smells great

The team did an excellent job on my house.  They arrived towards the latter part of the time-window given, but worked several hours on the house.  Very professional team, detailed cleaning and I would definitely use them again.  Gina was a pleasure.

The team showed up punctually and we did a quick walkthrough of what rooms needed attention.  The got right to work and were done in a very reasonable time.  I will say I've used other companies for this service and all pale by comparison to the job these ladies did.  For the same money we've paid others they did twice the job and did detailed cleaning none of the others attempted.  I would highly recommend and will use them again most likely setting up a monthly rotation to get this done.

I think they forgot to do something and called them back and they readily came back, apologized and  did it by the way because it was something high up so they understand. They were very quiet and did hte job well.

Both houses were sparkling afterward. The old house had white tile in the kitchen, that we could never keep clean, and somehow it was spotless when they were done. They literally cleaned every surface in the house, and it smelled great. They clean all floors, counters, of course, but they clean ceiling fans, every corner, and they even wipe down all the shelves in closets, pantries, ect. We were very pleased, they made our moving process less stressful, without having to worry about cleaning either place. The overall price was for both cleanings total.

See above everything in the house was cleaned they missed nothing.

They were excellent, they were in and out, they had a whole team, everybody had their assignments, they got it done, and were out quickly.  They're very thorough, fast, and affordable for what they do. 

Her whole team is very accomodating, honest, and they get in and out very quickly.
