Gold Team Interiors

I hired Gold Team Interiors to replace the headliner in my car. The owner, Fredrick Shaw, did the work himself. Mr. Shaw's work was so bad that I had to hire another company to completely redo the headliner. Mr. Shaw also caused damage to my car, which I had to pay for myself to have fixed. Mr. Shaw's defective work resulted in the headliner fabric not covering the edges of the underlying board in several noticeable places. I also found loose pillar panels, loose fabric around edges, stains, lumps under the fabric, wrinkled and creased fabric, and an noticeable hole in the fabric. Mr. Shaw didn't bother to mention he wasn't going to replace the fabric on the sunroof sliding cover panel and sun visors, so the fabric colors were noticeably mismatched. Mr. Shaw broke several pillar panel clips, damaged the driver's side sun visor, damaged the headliner board, damaged the underlying pad in the sun roof sliding panel, broke the sun roof control panel causing the cover piece not to remain in place, and broke the driver's side headrest. Despite all the evidence to the contrary, Mr. Shaw was adamant that he did a professional job on my car. I've uploaded pictures of what he did so you can judge for yourself.
