Flooring
I am devastated.
I used them for a previous, much smaller job and they did just fine! I figured that it would be just fine to go ahead and hire them to redo all of my flooring. This was a MUCH larger project, totaling well over 7000 dollars.
As I write this review, it is now almost 3 months later. There are holes in my wall. My floors are horrible and unfinished, I have purchased so many materials, and I am at my wits end. I simply wanted the job done. I gave them a month's worth of text messages, phone calls, anything... just to get them to simply come out and do the job they were paid for. They will not.
I would suggest that no one use this service provider, henceforth known as "The Remodeling Service That Shall Not Be Named."
