Geoffrey Davis and his team at First Untied Mortgage were extremely organized and responsive to all my inquiries. We did a closing in a very short time period and it went flawlessly. Their communication is top-notch and always let me know where I was in the approval process.

There are a lot of moving pieces during the mortgage process along with several people involved. Geoffrey is excellent at communicating and navigating the process for you, the homeowner. We had a wonderful experience on a cash-out refinance, smooth sailing all the way. Geoffrey is low key while sharing his wealth of knowledge and takes time to explain exactly the who/what/where/when/how's of the entire process. This was the second time we have used Geoff's services, and he was consistently fantastic! We were under pressure to close in an extremely tight time period, and he made it happen. He pushed to make sure that everything in the process was taken care of  in order to hit our closing date on time. On top of his determination to meet our deadline, he was a great communicator, giving us lots of information about where we were in the process and making sure we fully understood what was going on. Excellent service!  The Frisco Mortgage Guy walked us through the process so we knew the timeline and what to expect.  He is fast and detailed, but his greatest attributes are his knowledge and guidance.  He saved us money by using his understanding of the movement of interest rates to lock us in at the optimum time.

Jeffrey is a true professional.  He anticipated our needs, provided us with consistent and helpful communications, coordinated all of the details and held our hand throughout the entire process.

Geoffrey is responsive, knowledgeable and does a fantastic job.  A lot of loan officers try to tell you what you want to hear to sell you, and leave some tricks up their sleeves to keep you.  Geoffrey is not like that at all.  He was upfront about all options and very honest about what would be best for me.  He gave me his best offer right from the beginning.  

He was interested in knowing what was important to me financially, so he could help me make the right decision.  He made the process really easy and answered every question I had in an easy to understand way.  He is responsive and wants to make sure the job is done right.  I trust him 100%  and wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend him to anyone.  

It takes a lot for me to trust someone to help me with these kind of decisions.  After grilling him on the phone and working with him twice now, I can honestly say that I have complete trust that he will always do what's best for me with my finances.

Everything was smooth sailing.  When we first decided to look into refinancing we had a good idea what terms we were looking for, but also wanted to see what other options there were (30/20/15 year, etc).  

These quotes were provided quickly and the details explained in an easy to understand manner.

Once we decided to go ahead with the refinance, we were given a list of all the paperwork and information that is required (pay stubs, tax statements, etc) quickly and with enough time for us to gather it all.

Every time there was an update or new information we were informed promptly. 

All the steps along the way we were walked through with a good explanation as to what we should expect and what was expected from us.

There were no surprises and everything went smoothly.

We have known Geoff for 10 years, through Rotary and other connections in Texas, so when it came time to look at buying a home out of state (Virginia) we asked his opinion on how to approach the financing.
