When I initially called them it was because Goodyear had my car for 5 days and was unable to diagnose and fix it. I called Frisco Automotive because they were on Angies List and close to Goodyear which is where it was being towed from. When I told them the problem they said they've never had a car that they couldn't fix and to bring it in. They diagnosed it within a day and were able to fix it. They were friendly when we took the car in but when it came time to pick it up I had my Angies List coupon which they would not honor. I was then told in a not so friendly tone that they are not on Angies List. They don't give any coupons or discounts because they don't have to they are always busy. I pulled up the Angies List app on my phone and showed it to them and they said they didn't know why they were on it. I am glad that the car was fixed but I wouldn't go back again. The prices are high and they aren't very friendly.

I have been very pleased with the integrity that they show in only recommending fixes that are necessary and not suggesting a lot of things that just aren't. I have used a lot of other auto service and repair centers around and they just do not seem to measure up to the straightforward communication and quality repair work that Frisco Automotive has provided. I plan to use them again and again.
I just noticed their motto on one of my invoices: "THERE IS NO RIGHT WAY TO DO A WRONG THING!" and I believe Charles Haley is committed to that motto!
Tell them Eric Vanstory sent you!

I phoned & made an appointment, they called when analysis was completed and provided estimate for repair & repairs were completed the same day. They are a AAA approved shop & I used my AAA discount on the repair. I have used this shop for several years and found them by nthem being a AAA approved repair facility. They never try to sell me anything I don't need. Theyn properly assess the problem and give you an estimate. If there are any delays in getting parts or problem during the job, they call me & let me know. This is the only shop I take myar to for repairs.

I've used them a few times and they just stand outstanding and so I continue to go to them. They are very honest if they know there is a problem. I've had another service company tell me that I needed my main brakes changed out, like the master cylinder, something like that, and I went to them and they said, "No, that doesn't need to be done at all. It's got a little bit of wear because of its age but it doesn't need to be done." They seem to be really honest and don't just try to do the service like other automotive companies.

They've been so-so. We've had some good experiences and some not so good. We weren't overly satisfied with the transmission work. The engine mount replacement and engine rebuilt seemed to go well. It's been dependent on the actual work that's been done. Their price was reasonable. The work was represented as it should have been in terms of our expectations. We actually took the vehicle back to them three times and at the end, we were just coming out frustrated with that particular scenario, then we gave up on them. The engine work went okay, and the expectations were set properly as far as oil changes, they've done good. I probably won't use them in the future.

I felt this was unacceptable. I paid the 19.99 labor cost with the ORIGINAL battery. They wouldn't waive the fee. I guess they didn't feel they needed to stand behind their work.

I used them about a month ago. A rodent had gotten into my air cleaner. It didn't provide enough air to the combustion chamber. They got on it and fixed it. They were very prompt and did a good job. The pricing was reasonable. I would most definitely use them in the future.

They are courteous, professional and do not talk you into work not needed. In addition, I have sent my elderly parents there for car repairs. Frisco Automotive is great about explaining their auto issues. Again, they do not do un-needed work. They can be trusted

They were very professional and I liked their attitude. It was very prompt service and they kept me informed as to what was going on. They told me exactly what it was going to be before they did any work.

They are good. They are probably a little more expensive than other places but they are worth the money because they check everything and they are very honest with you. I went in for a 90,000 miles check up and they said there was nothing needed to be done and told me that they'd tell me when I need to do things.

.They are honest and fast. They are very trustworthy. They will call us with the estimate and it is usually always near that estimates price for the work done. I really like them.

They are exceptional....the best automotive repair service we've ever dealt with. We have an older car and they are very good at diagnosing any problems. We give them an A plus. I don't feel like I've ever been gouged on the price.

I have used this shop from time to time throughout the years. However, I haven't used them lately (explained why later). I was browsing over reviews and felt compelled to also say that this shop's prices are way too high. They claim that you get what you pay for and that they charge a premium because they are honest and actually perform the work they say they are going to.After thinking about this for a while and actually finding several other shops with way lower prices that do what they say they are doing to do, I find this an odd business model because you are basically saying that you deserve a premium for doing what you are supposed to be doing, not for doing something above and beyond what other companies offer (extended warranties, premium parts, etc).
To their credit, they are very professional and seem to genuinely care about their customers (and not trying to rip them off with unneccesary work), however, you are better off finding a good, dependable independant mechanic that charges reasonable rates.I am not good with paying someone way above market rate just because they do what I expect them to do.

Everything was great. I was in a hurry, my mistake, and did not shop around. I have since learned I would have saved money by going to McKinney Dodge. I can not get over the fact that this shop charges more than a dealer.

They were on time and were professional. They were referred to me because they work on classic cars as well which I have. His specialty is engines of classic cars. This is a top notch company.

Stuck to the original estimate. My schedule was very flexible because I had the work done during some days off; they worked out an easy after-hours pick-up. They also took a couple of minutes to check computer codes on my other car at no charge.
